*Still In Progress...*

Mission Statement:

With global climate change, genocide of humans and other-than-human animals, manifestations of violence, institutional oppressions of Earthlings, family dysfunctions, and the assault of the Earth(ling) industrial complex, the Planet and several of Its People are experiencing the impacts of trauma. BEarth Right Collaborative (BRC) is a service-leadership oriented organization devoted to the Collective and Individual healing of Earth(lings). Our mission is to collaborate for a synergistic and therapeutic One Rights social justice movement that uses integrated Earth-centered, ecocentric, biocentric, cosmological, and compassion-based frameworks for social paradigm shifts, decolonization, and individual and collective trauma healing.

Take Action

What is a BEarth Right?

BEarth Rights are the rights that all beings have, born on Earth (BEarth). We all have a right to "be". Revering all Beings and Consciousnesses, we give special attention to those who draw Breath. In reverence and reference to Earth as a conscious and living Planet, collectively, the Planet is a People in Mind, Body, and Spirit or Soul. A People is not limited to one species, race, creed, gender, ability, sexual orientation, identity, or religion. As Earth(lings) we are not separate from Earth. We all deserve to be and become, and we all belong on Earth as Earth(lings). Utilizing trauma-informed systems perspectives, mindfulness, critical comprehensive humane education, somatic, ecotherapuetic - as well as other therapeutic models - we believe that as individuals and a collective, we can heal.

Ensuring that All Voices are Heard

Trauma is stored in the body - and in the blood spilled soil. The Planet is made of the Bodies of our Ancestors. Bones are broken and bruised through physical force, souls are murdered through stigma and shame, verbal and emotional abuse, psychological abuse, conglomerate abuse, oppressions, toxic shame that pollutes the mind and heart as industries pollute the air and water. Earth is which Life and Death are connected to. We are born on Earth, of Earth, and return to Earth, with future generations inhabiting the Earth.

BEarth Right Collaborative believes that when we embrace empathy as empowerment, we can embody healing. We can be the change we want to see in the World as Creatures of Nature attuned with our True Nature, to collaborate and coexist. We believe that it is imperative to Collective and Individual healing to view ourselves as Nature, a part of Nature, dissolving the human culture/nature dichotomy.

Our connection to Earth is a connection to the "core" Self as reflected in Nature and All Kind. Trauma disconnects us and western colonial patriarchal trauma prioritizes the intellectual over the emotional, intuitive, experiences of the senses and body and discounts somatic and psychic intelligence in preference of mechanical reductionist sciences that depersonalize existence and reduce it to a thing with no consciousness or life-properties, perhaps projecting deep-seated traumas in and of themselves. This is relative to the mind-body disconnect experienced in trauma. It is through reconnecting as Earthlings, "grounding" ourselves on Earth and with Earth, embracing as our senses as our other species kin do, we learn to heal. We embody healing when our empathy embraces all beings and understand our intersectional identities as animal earthlings (www.humananimalearthlings.com).  Empathy is innate in us as a part of our being - not our humanity.

As an Earth(ling) Community this is why we understand the necessity for intersectional trauma-informed approaches and interspecies justice.
